Where can I buy a copy of the script for john paul ii's stage play, "The Jeweler's Shop"?

This seems to be a well known play but I can only find the book form of the story and not a copy of the script. He wrote the play when he was still known as Karol Wojtyla.

here's a link to them on ebay.

Santa Claus 101: the Ultimate Guide to Playing Santa at Christmas

A great Santa Claus impersonation is a useful skill to have: you can thrill your young children on Christmas Eve, make extra gift-buying money by working as a mall Santa, volunteer your services as a Salvation Army bell ringer, or be the life of your next office holiday party. Playing one of the most famous white-bearded men in history can be a daunting prospect, but with the right tools and preparation, you can act out the part of a convincing Santa Claus this holiday season.

Here's what you need to play Santa Claus realistically:

A Great Costume No one is going to believe you're the real deal if you don't dress the part. Many of us can still picture that one intoxicated uncle staggering around in the snow sporting a red turtleneck, a straggly, elasticized beard, and a can of beer, hollering "Ho, ho, ho!" at the top of his lungs. Not a convincing Santa.

Instead, stock up with the following:

- A professional Santa suit, preferably one with shiny buttons, furry white trim, and a matching hat.

- Standard Santa accessories, such as the requisite wide black belt and buckled boots. White gloves and small, square glasses are also a good touch.

- Jingle bells and a toy sack filled with gifts are also appreciated by little ones.

Now that you're dressed the part, what else do you need?

The Proper Chuckle Yelling "Ho, ho, ho," isn't actually a prerequisites for those who want to play Santa Claus. Actually, it's much more convincing if you master the art of the belly laugh. A good, infectious chuckle goes a lot further than a forced, barking hoot.

Also, remember that Santa Claus is a good-natured guy and probably doesn't run around with a scowl on his face too often. So while you're in that Santa costume, keep smiling, Kris Kringle. This takes us to our last, but most important topic:

The Santa Attitude In order to keep your audience from eyeing you in suspicion, it is important to get into the proper character. Instead of feeling irritation at the enormity of the role you're getting ready to play, take a few minutes to capture the Christmas spirit. Think about why you're playing Santa in the first place: the high-octane excitement of the kids you'll be performing for, or the extra money you'll be providing for needy charities. Once you remember the point of your performance, it becomes a lot easier to get into character.

Next, you need to develop an air of mysteryespecially if you're making an appearance at a family get-together. You're playing the part of a man that inexplicably gets into homes once a year, without setting of the burglar alarm, alerting the family dog, or even being slowed down by the fact that the chimney of the house leads to a forced-air furnace and not a fireplace. The trick to mastering this important characteristic is stealth. Scope out a likely place for a costume switch, and have a cover story prepared for your absence in the meantime. If it's safe, and you won't slip off a snowy roof, consider sneaking out a window and reappearing in another room. Again, cover your bases by making sure there are no locked windows or other hindrances to your plan.

You can also simply slip into a room when no one is looking, and just observe for a moment. Let everyone notice you and wonder when you showed up, and then leave in the same subtle manner.

Playing Santa Claus can be one of the most rewarding hobbies you ever pick up. Plus, if you do it right, portraying the legendary Kris Kringle in a heartfelt and credible way, you'll find your skills in very high demand over the holiday season.

The Visegrad Group countries make up a compact part

The Visegrad Group countries make up a compact part of central and northern Europe bordering Ukraine, Russia, Lithuania and Romania on the east, Germany and Austria on the west and Slovenia, Croatia and Serbia on the south. This part of Europe offers a whole array of natural gems ranging from snow-topped mountains to lowlands with verdant fields and clear lakes and even a long coastline along the Baltic Sea. And the region’s position as a crossroad between the west and the east has given each country many varied and unique cultural and historical sites.
Slovakia
Slovakia has nearly every kind of attraction for tourists, with the exception of a sea. Its lush nature and many cultural and historical monuments make it a most-desired and frequently-visited destination. The competitive advantage of Slovakia, according to Lívia Luká?ová from the Slovak Tourist Board, is that such an extensive spectrum of tourist opportunities are offered within such a small geographical area.
Luká?ová sees convention, medical and spa tourism as not yet fully utilised and she expects that interest in golf tourism in Slovakia will increase.
For tourists interested in historical sites related to technological development, Slovakia is rich with sites such as the water mills on the Malý Dunaj River, the Mint Museum in Kremnica and the old mines around Banská Štiavnica. Among Slovakia’s long list of natural sites and outdoor activities, Luká?ová mentions just a few lesser known attractions such as the unique ‘rocky balls’ in Kysuce region, the Cave of Dead Bats in the Low Tatras, and rafting down the Orava and Váh rivers. In the winter the mountains of Slovenský Raj offer ice climbing.
Poland
Poland is the only V4 member state which has a sea, the Baltic Sea, on its north coast. But in Poland cultural tourism is definitely the most important, especially cities like Krakow, Warsaw and Tricity on the Baltic coast, Emilia Kubik of the Polish Tourist Organisation told The Slovak Spectator.
When speaking about sectors of Polish tourism not yet fully tapped, Kubik’s says more attention is required in promoting active tourism and spa and wellness trips to Poland, particularly among Slovaks and Czechs who often spend their holidays in very active ways.
In listing some lesser known, but still unique tourist attractions and destinations, Kubik enumerates several tourist attractions in northern Poland. These are, for example, the Gothic city of Toru? and Malbork Castle. Among natural sites, she mentions the Bia?owie?a National Park, the wetland marshes along the Biebrza River in the Biebrza?ski National Park, and the S?owi?ski National Park with its nearby ?eba seaside resort.
Hungary
Hungary is a relatively small country with much to offer visitors. There is diversity in its landscape, ranging from flat and grassy plains to rolling hills and valleys, and its culture has space for both traditional wooden churches and vibrant modern nightclubs, says Márk Kincses from the Hungarian National Tourist Office.
Kincses lists health tourism and several niche products, such as bird watching and religious/pilgrimage tours, as aspects of Hungarian tourism not fully utilised so far.
In recommending some less well-known but still unique tourist attractions and destinations in Hungary, Kincses lists Pécs, which will bear the title of European Capital of Culture in 2010, the Cave Bath at Miskolc-Tapolca, the wetland reserves of Lake Tisza with its many natural treasures which have given it UNESCO World Heritage designation, the picturesque bike trails running between the volcanic hills of the Balaton uplands, and the system of caves under the hills of Budapest Guide.
Czech Republic
The Czech capital, Prague, is described as one of the most beautiful cities in the world and is probably the most popular destination of foreign tourists in the Czech Republic. But the country has much more to offer. As Czechs are known as people who like spending their free time in very active ways, the Czech Republic offers plenty of opportunities for biking, hiking, and skiing. History lovers can visit castles and chateaus turned into museums, or Jewish monuments, many of which are listed as UNESCO World Heritage sites.
The list of lesser known, but certainly interesting, historical sites includes Mikul?ice, an early medieval Great Moravian fortified settlement on the eastern border with Slovakia. Nearby, wine lovers can find a multitude of wine cellars under Pálava hill in the region of Mikulov. And imbibers can continue on to Karlovy Vary, which along with its famous spa is the hometown of the legendary herbal liqueur, Becherovka. The southern parts of the country offer excellent fishing opportunities, fascinating UNESCO sites such as Tel? and ?eský Krumlov as well as the picturesque village of Holašovice, considered as a true pearl of the rustic Baroque style.

Valentine's Gift Idea--watch Your Own Love Story Movie

Valentine's Day with all its charisma and magnetism is coming. Although we can send gift and shower love to our sweetheart all year round, we still need to grasp this perfect occasion to express our love and warm heart to beloved as we may especially be busy occupying our jobs during the economic recession.

During this romantic season, we are showered with tons of romantic gifts ideas and Valentine's Day celebration tips each year. After several years, we still wonder what would be the best gift and dating method to enjoy the Valentine's Day. Flowers (especially roses with scarlet color) would fade and be pale after several days. Chocolates will make you become fat and can't be preserved long too. And we do not like soft toys, gift baskets, candles and sweets. We can’t afford for luxurious diamonds, perfume, watches, jewelry.

Are you distressed by lacking of gift idea too? I hope my idea would inspire you after following my experience and story.

My boyfriend is my classmate during college. Several years have passed. Many harmony memory and pictures left for us to memorize.

I decided to make a digital photo album to tell the love history about us and enjoy it on Valentine's Day after dinner, as:

There are many pictures preserved on our PC since we are passionate about making excursions/trips and taking photos on holiday or weekend;

My sweetheart presented me a TOSHIBA laptop as Christmas gift which comes with Ulead DVD MovieFactory for TOSHIBA Launcher and DVD burner. It empowers me to make DVD from pictures and videos easily.

It preserves longer and it also would be a good fortune for your future generation to know the life you once lead.

Through recollecting the history and impressive story between you and your beloved, I believe that:

Romance would fill the air;
Scintillating passions of love would come alive;
Loving hearts would come closer;
It should help us to cherish each other and walk through the economic crisis season smoothly hand in hand.

At the beginning, I planned to create DVD photo album using Ulead DVD MovieFactory for TOSHIBA. After evaluating, it is really a time-consuming task to compile all the memorable pictures and set the proper transition one by one.

In fact, I am a big preserver of memories. I am used to making photo albums using PowerPoint 2007 after each journey or trip, as it enables you to adjust contrast and brightness of each picture, add captions and GIF decorations freely, and set transitions and animations at your will. Frantic, I searched in Google and find a tool which can convert presentations to DVD. You can also Google PowerPoint to DVD and evaluate them to find the suitable PowerPoint converters which came to your eyes.
The PowerPoint to DVD tool I use for converting my PowerPoint to DVD is Wondershare PPT2DVD.

After getting the tool, I just imported the presentations, chose the TV standard by selecting country, designed the DVD layout and another click to directly burn a DVD, my project is well on its way to completion. It effectively handles all the features I used in PowerPoint presentation. No animations, transitions and sound effect were blown away. I can even control the slide if only I chose the manual mode.

At last, I put 8 presentations on the first DVD. And we are classmate during college. Therefore, I put the campus life and the scenery there as the first chapter. I also recorded a song named Missing You in English as the DVD menu background music. Here below are the ones and screenshots.

Our campus life
Our first Valentine
Our seaside happiness
Our hometown trips?
Our hometown trips?
Our engaged ceremony
Our first anniversary
Our Hawaii dream

Here below are some other tips for you to follow.

Optimize the pictures by changing the contrast, brightness and removing dreaded "red eyes". Picasa is a good choice to edit your pictures.
Arrange your pictures in chronological order.
You can add some gif decorations to your slideshow.
You can record some sweet words in the presentations.
You can also record a song if you are the musician type.

Enjoy it!

To reminisce the good times you and your beloved have passed through, may you have a fantastic and freaking Valentine's Day!

A Quick Look at Montreal

Montreal is the largest city in the province of Quebec, Canada. The city is located on a river island and surrounds a hill called Mount Royal. Its picturesque streets mostly bear the names of catholic saints. Even the city itself was originally called Ville-Marie “Mary's City.” Modern Montreal is the city of skyscrapers, a huge traffic centre, the country’s maritime and air gates and also an important historical and cultural centre.

Local people are mostly French-Canadians, but there are also Anglo-Saxons, Italians, the Irish and many many other peoples living in the city. Even though the official language of Quebec province is French, about one million people living in Montreal are not French native speakers. There are 35 languages and 30 religions spread here. For about 20% of local population native language is English. Other widespread languages are: Italian, Greek and Chinese. Feel free to speak English if you do not know French – they will always answer to you.

As for local climate… winter is long, snowy and cold, whereas summer is sunny and hot. Spring, as European people understand it, lasts for about two or three weeks only – and then summer comes. People often dress unseasonably since many of them own their cars. Still, public transport system is well organised: buses are never late and bus stops are very convenient to the underground stations.

Plus to this, Montreal is renowned for it Underground City – thousand of shops, cinemas, and restaurants are located on different levels and are connected by numerous pedestrian crossings. This is very convenient: imagine a frosty day when you can walk around the whole city centre without coming outside. As for the summer heat, this underground system is well air-conditioned.

Montreal summer is hot and sunny, and it never rains for long. But local climate is rather unstable. Autumn is enduring, relatively dry and very beautiful since there are lots of parks in the city. But winter is rather harsh.

Speaking of Montreal attractions. The first thing you should see at Montreal is its Jacques-Cartier Bridge. Then go to see The City Hall with ruins lying behind it, Notre-Dame de Montréal Basilica, the pilgrimage church of Notre-Dame-du-Bon-Secours, Place d'Armes in Montreal with a statue of the city’s founder, Paul Chomedey de Maisonneuve, La Fontaine and Dominion Parks with numerous sculptures, Ramsay Castle which is now the museum of history…

To get useful information about the city’s history, visit its Pointe-à-Callière Museum, Archaeology museum and historic centre. Other museums worth seeing are: Museum of Fine Arts, Canadian Center For Architecture, Musée d'art contemporain, McCord Museum of Canadian history and many others.

Île Notre-Dame and St Helena Islands house an attraction park, numerous restaurants, a swimming pool, excellent beaches and a renowned casino. The city’s business and commercial life is concentrated within Montreal’s western part, around Dominion square.

For nature lovers there is also something special to see. Rather a short distance from Montreal you will find Laurentian mountains and a national park, known as a wonderful ski resort.

Cake Decorating Ideas

You plan to bake a cake for a special celebration but are all out of ideas. You are creative but would like some fresh cake decorating ideas and themes. Every special occasion wouldn’t be right without a cake. If you have been chosen to make the cake here are some ideas and hints for your next cake baking adventure.

Animals: Animals make terrific cake decorating themes especially for children. You can cut the cake into the shape of an animal or purchase cake pans already shaped like the animal you want. You can do a zoo theme or select one animal with other decorations. Use your imagination.

Transportation:: Males are more inclined to like trucks, tractors, airplanes, fire engines, boats, and buses. This theme is useful if the cake correlates with their occupation and hobbies. For example, if he is a firefighter, decorate a cake with a firefighter putting out a fire. If they are race fans, decorate the cake with a racing strip.

Holiday Ideas: You can find most any shape of pan for holidays. Wilton has about everything you can think of for cake decorating with a holiday theme. Use a heart -shaped pan for Valentines or use a bunny-shaped pan for Easter. For patriotic holidays, bake the cake in a square and decorate the cake in red, white ,and blue stripes.

Characters: There are many possibilities using familiar characters in cake decorating. Dora the Explorer and Blues Clues are popular themes. Walt Disney characters will satisfy just about anybody. You can draw the character right on the cake or cut it to look like the character.

Guardian Angel Book

guardian angel book
guardian angel book
why would someone need a guardian angel?

I am writing a book and i am having trouble with a few details . I was wondering if any of you have any ideas of why a girl in high school might need a guardian angel to come and save her. If this is confusing just guess and write something plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz!

The angel is the spirit of a girl who died, at around the same age. She was murdered or something.
The angel can see that she and the girl are so much alike, and becomes attatched to her. You could have the girl have a near-death experience (such as nearly getting hit by a car, or having a really abusive parent) where the angel vows afterward to protect the girl, the way no one could protect her when she was still alive.

Wow. I feel really deep for thinking that entire thing up. Lol, sorry If I gave you something completely different from what you wanted :(

Good Luck!! :)
